Oct 25th Ferry Terminal Session in the sun

I woke up in the morning and didn't see any of the trees moving so i figured EC got the forecast wrong again. I had this feeling so i packed the work van and went to the terminal for a wind check, to my surprise there was a lot of kitable wind. I made a couple of phone calls that later tuned into the grape vine of phone calls. Tom showed up and we launched each other and it was perfect 12m wind with flat water on the inside. My bud Mark and Scott showed up and they got out as well. Nice sun on our faces and wind on our backs - couldn't be better. Scott brought out his brand new OR 10m Rise and had a good time on it.
Within an hour that one phone call 15 other kiters made it down to the terminal - the wind was holding and i think all had a great time - I had to leave early to spend time with the kids but i did make it back for a sun set session lightly powered on my 12m OR Rise
